"I think we had a miscommunication about how and when we would receive our test strip. The order ended up taking much longer than we expected, which caused some delays in our plans. It would have been great to be able to get some samples of your products (different sticker finishes, etc.) before making an order (then we could have avoided the test strip). Ultimately, the sticker quality was too grainy for our purpose. Thanks for your time!"
